We are pleased to offer complimentary express worldwide shipping via UPS. The price you see at checkout is the final cost of your order — there are no additional delivery fees to pay, and your piece will be delivered directly to your door.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are carefully prepared and typically dispatched within one business day of purchase. Once shipped, estimated delivery times generally range between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once preparation or production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible. As each piece is individually crafted with care, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely delivery and quality control. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at framesanddepths@outlook.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Responsibilities

While we handle packaging and dispatch with care, Frames & Depths is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may be applied by local authorities. These fees, if applicable, are determined by your country or region and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. As we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, there is only a limited window to make changes. If you believe an incorrect address was provided, please contact us as soon as possible at framesanddepths@outlook.com,and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

Returns

If you decide that a piece is not right for your space, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing issue, we will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
